Alan Brown
Alan was previously the CEO of Rentokil from 2008 to 2013, spearheading the pest control company’s growth. Alan was more recently the CEO of highly successful service oriented growth business.
Marcus Watson
Romain Launois
Romain has deep experience in supporting the growth and development of service focused businesses, having previously worked at Emeria as Deputy CFO and Head of M&A from 2015-2022, prior to which he worked at Barclays Investment Bank in London (2011-2015).
Caspar Appeldoorn
Caspar has 23 years of experience in the pest control industry as the former MD for EMEA at Rollins from 2019 to 2023, having previously held several leadership roles at Ecolab including GM EMEA Pest Elimination.
